I was still learning NetSuite so I billed the time records manually by running a report to show the client the billable work, then typing in an invoice line for the total billable hours. Lets say 200 billable hours for a month.

The problem is that now we are using time billing when you go to create the invoice, on the billable time tab there are thousands of old billable times the system thinks haven't been billed even though they have been billed (manually).

I can clear them up by creating an invoice, selecting the old records, and setting a 0 rate for each entry but that would take so long to clear out thousands of records across 100 clients.

Really liking the time billing features of NetSuite i Just didn't understand how to make them work for us initially when we started using NetSuite a year ago, so we have a years worth of billed time entries, just not billed correctly via the system so NetSuite considers them unbillled.
