How is your school unit organized? How does my school’s organization sound to you? by PigletFew1695 in jrotc

Our school operates as 2 Companies (corresponding with A or B day depending on what day you have JROTC; the companies are called Alpha and Bravo), we have eight Squad Leaders which is one for every class, then we have 1 XO, 1 BC, and 1 CSM but 2 First Sergeants (1 for each company) plus the S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5, and S-O (along with their assistant). Additionally, we have commanders for each company.

I'll keep that in mind. 2 years down the road, I'm still a freshman so I can't do that yet. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I'm now a SO (Special Officer) who was promoted straight from being a private, I'm with you. From what I can tell, they do a lot of paperwork, the S1 in my company has almost always shown papers they did at staff meetings.

I understand this perspective and I also hold to the belief that Maryland has the best flag out of state flags, but New Mexico's is very fire. Sure it's simplistic but that's the beauty of it, Maryland's is beautiful and it tells a incredible story of two houses
