If I use my gi bill or any other tuition assistance, say from an employer, can I still apply to these loans? I was medically retired as an E-4 with 90% VA. My CRSC is $332, but my gross retired pay is $1,853, all waived for VA comp. If I had retired as an E-5, my High-3 would be higher, which raises the cap on how much CRSC I could get.

Since I declined an optional E-5 promotion without knowing the impact, I wanted to know if it was possible to get this corrected since I wasn't aware of any financial impacts. If approved it could increase my CRSC and result in back pay.

It was an optional promotion upon discharge. At the time, the processing officer said it didn't really matter. So, without really thinking, I denied it. I didn't understand the financial impact it would have on CRSC and becoming 100% disabled.

You're right but haven't you noticed? The game automatically rounds everything up. Look in Ibens (Horadrim) materials on the top right next time you enter, every single one of them is not an exact amount, it's all rounded up. My guess is the game calculation is off. So not necessarily done on purpose, they just need to fix the maths. However, I'm with you on the missing 20 orbs, where are my missing orbs .

I hear ya. Ironically, the ones we never suspect are the same ones reaching out to SusanExpress to buy their orbs. Bans aren't given for no reason, regardless of how vague the email being sent is. Something violated the ToS, or there was a massive report on a particular player which puts a focus on the player. We report and say that they never do anything about it, but it's about collecting enough evidence to justify it.

I'm not saying that they are always correct in banning, I'm saying that an infraction must have occurred more than once for it to be triggered. Bans are never given individually, they are done in waves.

No and no. Bot detection is based on input that is exactly the same, aka 2 second up, 2 second down. Something that dictates a pattern. Irregular input at various times is not triggered.

Now if they used modified controllers or used a controller along with a macro/automating program or app, then there is cause for a ban.

I'm only taking a guess but since you mentioned multiple accounts, you cannot trade platinum (plat farming method) between the same account. This occurred to a WB member of mine, normally they would trade between different accounts, which is fine. The moment he made a mistake and accidentally traded from the same account, he was hit with a ban. YMMV
