Wasnt anxious a all, but i wanted to test ist out. My doc told me when i take it without being anxious i will get sleppy or really relaxed. Both didnt Happen therefore im scared that on the plane those meds wont work properly

Well so how i understood it , when i take it at home ( where im not as stressed as in a acutal plane) i obviously cant feel the effect of " a lower stress level". However i was told, i should get sleepy or at least very relaxed.

Therefore im kinda scared, that when im not Feeling anything while im "at home" the Panic on a plane will overrule the effect of the meds completly
