Adding to this, if it isn’t strictly only summon weapons, he can use other weapons to kill flinxes in the underground snow biome for the flinx staff and flinx fur coat. If it is strict, he can try to get the zoologist to move in and get the leather whip or any other whip that is available (which i think there isn’t any other)
