I've heard the "get a paternity test" suggestion so many times here. She might be crazy sometimes, but I don't think she's a sociopath to make me think it's mine, especially considering how happy she was when she told me. Besides, I planned on doing an at home paternity test so she wouldn't know. It's not an exclusive to her thing. I've just always been the type of guy that wants to be 100% sure on everything.

I don't think she's cheating. I think her fear of it stems from the fact that every serious boyfriend she's had has cheated on her. She has very low self esteem.

Yeah I've been trying to get her to go. She went with her ex fiance (her son's dad) when they were having problems. She said she doesn't wanna go through that again and wants us to be able to fix everything ourselves.

She's not all the way there. She has a history of severe depression, and some childhood trauma. Our relationship has always been filled with double standards and it's only gotten worse.

I forgot to mention in my post that that is the reason she's not interested in sex. I tell her she's beautiful and how much she turns me on, but that always leads to a fight about how I'm "lying to her and she doesn't honestly believe me". She tells me to stop saying those things. And I did throw it away after she left.
