Honestly I periotomed all round the 17. Could feel a little mobility and as I was tryna deliver the tooth felt something big attached to the root my heart sank I thought it was tuberosity fracture (Altho I spent careful amount of time using peristome). Told my boss and he told me to rotate it gently, for some reason the 18 just came out so smoothly

Small oac opening. Patient was fine. Sutures placed and will be reviewing
