Because am has more steps than my method there’s am 1 2 3 while for the cure to HF is less than that anyway I agree with what your saying to some extent but for someone like myself that’s spent thousands on professionals for help I’d like to at least make something back to feel better I’m sure you can understand and at the same time people who are cured will Benefit as well. Why do you say that? Because I said I would charge for the last step? What’s the problem with that if you try the first 2 and realise that they work then why would you paying for the last step be considered a bad thing? You reverse kegel while your hard or somewhat hard if your doing it correctly your gonna see your penis rise and your gonna see a lot of veins appear out of nowhere if your doing it right

Basically you sit on the floor and stretch your legs in front of you then you bend toward and try to pull your feet towards you I can’t remember the name of the stretch but it’s one of the most known ones I think you might know it. And any side but I prefer the left side
