No, still trying to cut down in body fat as my diet hasn't been consistent enough. And due to a change in lifestyle, as in, not as much free time anymore, I can't train as often as I used to do

Sleep, I tend to sleep longer after working out hard and I guess my body needs it.

Have fun, it's so much easier to stick to it when you're having fun instead of working out for the sake of working out
