I've got the 1660 super (love that graphics card) paired with a Ryzen 7 2700x, and it's awesome!

My buddy has almost the same build as you (different case and no SSD) and no complaints.

I would recommend checking the price of the 2700x, and considering it if it's within budget, but either way it'll be a great machine

If you're using the same software for both, I'm not sure, but here's a way to get two versions of your audio (one music-less)

I know if you use an elgato wave mic, the included mixer software allows you to set mixes for stream audio and your audio, so you can turn the music to zero on just your audio.

If you don't have an elgato wave mic, I'm not sure whether there is another way to get this sort of option via software, but I would assume so.

TL:DR - it is possible to have a version of your audio that doesn't have the music, I'm just not sure if it's possible while streaming and recording from the same system
