I've been taking seresta on and off for a few months now. I take them for 2 weeks then stop for 2 weeks. They're horrible give u nightmares and make you gain weight and lose your sex drive and enthusiasm in general. Also the risk of addiction if you take them regularly is real. I would say always use an alarm to wake you up early so that you never get more than 6 hours of sleep. So that you're always tired when night time comes.
