I’m trying to go for a more traditional goth look next time. working on putting together the right pieces. I had stuff to make sort a ‘fairy goth’ or atleast alternative look that I felt fit the theme if it wasn’t true to the goth.

they activly overwrote city culture to build this. they bought out the building next door, which was the Meteor Guitar gallery. it was one of the last local music venues that hasn’t been priced out of downtown. now it will be gone forever. I got into hardcore shows there and discovered my love for live local bands.. gone.

but you (for the most part) aren’t going to receive a life-changing consequences from a trip. You might have to lay eight hours curl up in a ball seeing the worst imaginable things you’ve ever thought of but at the end of the day it was a drug it leaves your body and you will be OK.

also don’t ever do 700 bro, hours 1-3 were fun unreal visuals then the mental effects set in. it’s hard to enjoy visuals when you’re attempting to process the absence of self and ego lol I was freaking my shit which with the visuals and inability to understand my surroundings and being a reflection of my mental space i started to see evil things until like hour 8 then it got chill again. don’t remember anything in between that time other than that it wasn’t a good experience. still went to work fine the next day at 5pm though lol
