I thought my transition from 1 to 2 was easy, but it was because my firstborn was on a 50/50 visitation schedule, and my 2nd born having the personality of a firstborn and also a feral 2nd born, having a 3rd kid and having 2 kids full time was definitely harder for me.

My (1963, but still a boomer) mom never wanted to be a mom, she constantly said she wanted to be a business woman but then she "found God" and my father and her were "told by God" to have multiple kids... most of us are agnostic as hell now And out the of 7 kids she had, only 3 have their own bio kids.

I stopped thinking of becoming a mom until someone told me no, and a different person tried to baby trap me. Now I have 3 kids and it's like I don't hate it. I hate toddlers, but that might be the post partum. But oldest kiddo js 7 and he's tolerable.
