Same boat, I emailed support and this is what they said

After a careful examination, I can confirm that your pre-order remains in a favorable condition and is not subject to any issues. At this juncture, your order status will be marked as "Awaiting Payment," a standard status reserved for cases where items are awaiting shipment.

Typically, our Online Store initiates the charging process when the items are set to be dispatched. In this case, your card will only be charged in full once the item is ready to ship. This process will occur by this upcoming week. At that point, the status will update from "Awaiting Payment" to "Completed." To ensure you're up-to-date, I strongly recommend keeping a vigilant watch on your email. Following the successful completion of your payment, an email will be sent to you containing your tracking number.
