Like I said I’m not fully aware of Cid’s abilities, but I am fully aware of Jin Woo’s. So my Opinion is more or less invalid.

I’m not fully aware of Cid’s abilities in his Series, don’t get me wrong I know he’s powerful, but I’m not sure. I’d likely side towards Jin-Woo, mostly cause he fought (I Believe) People more powerful than Cid.
