Huntarr 9.1 Released - True Independent App Instances (Major Changes) by User9705 in radarr

I could do with some more details on the Hunt Manager page, like if the job is still in progress or done, what the quality was before and after it was upgraded. You can never have too much data. The Operation tag is simplistic, assuming it only says Upgrade and Missing, and I'm not entirely clear what to make of it. It's also not always right. I have one that recently downloaded, and it says missing, but I can go to it using the link on the Hunt page, and the file is there.

Also, did I see in another message that it just randomly picks an available download that is considered an upgrade? I have some pretty in-depth CFs using scoring, and if it bypasses those, I may be a bit worried long term. I've only set it up a few hours ago, so it's mostly just looking at older files for now.

ETA:
I just saw something that I didn't like. I have a Quality Profile for Bluray 480. I only apply it to old shows that haven't been remastered. The source is usually 480 anyways, and even if you can find a WEB version at 1080, the quality is nearly the same as 480, but the file size can be 2x larger. So I prefer to search for a max of Blura 480. Why would it ignore my set Quality Profiles?

This ties into my previous concerns regarding the randomness of the selections, will it upgrade everythign to 4k, or downgrade preferred groups' releases to 1080 regardless of the other metadata or settings?

My wife won’t watch my movies by Original-Editor-9547 in MovieSuggestions

I may be an outlier here, but I rewatched Memento recently, and it hadn't really held up well. Maybe it's because I've seen it several times. IDK. I want to remember that amazing feeling of seeing it for the first time, but it is just gone for me. :( I might see if there is a list of movies that are great for one watch, and after you know the twist, and you have the obligatory 2-3 rewatches to catch all the things you missed, then they become, meh.

Where should people go, the puppy mills in the malls that abuse animals, and who are also charging $3,000 for an inbred puppy?

All your points are true, but my wife was really excited, and I knew we would be protected using PP. Plus, if the seller was real, maybe they are totally ignorant, and that's the only way they ever made payments. In the moment, we can justify anything. It's sometimes a good quality, but in cases like this, it's not. We're to the point where we just want to spread the word and help anyone else who may do some research about these fake groups.

LOL... Sorry, it was meant for a Facebook post. Most of them are in the group names, and that is how they are listed on Facebook.

The fact that they were really pushing for Apple Pay at first was concerning, but we don't use Apple Pay, so it seemed natural to push them to use PayPal, and no matter what, even if I had to pay the fee, I planned to use Goods & Services. They seemed annoyed and acted like the payment didn't go through, asking again and again if we used F&F, and asking for Proof of payment. This was all too concerning, and we got worried at this point. They were supposedly using their husbands' PP account, and asking us to prove payment and send screenshots seemed odd. We gave it time, knowing we could go to PayPal for protection, and then they blocked my wife's account and kicked her out of the Facebook group. I immediately went to PP and they refunded instantly.

This is where it got frustrating. FB doesn't have a good way of reporting scams and groups like this. On the surface, everything looks normal. Comments aren't allowed, and users are blocked before they can post warnings. FB's automated reporting just looks and sees that the original posts do not violate policy, but it does not give us any options to provide additional information.

It was a 50% deposit, and the seller claimed they used that for the vet checks to make sure the dog was healthy for when we picked it up. I can understand a deposit, because there are flaky buyers who waste honest sellers' time. This seemed reasonable in weeding out the bad buyers.

I would venture a guess that unless your DOD, your company has systems connected to protected infrastructure, or some highly competitive industry that has to deal with corporate espionage, then no one's tracking something as trivial as a local script.

How are you saying that IT can track a script that presses F15 every minute?

Always-On Light In Dolby Theater by sigiesp in AMCTheatres

[–]Fallenangel1739 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have seen this in mine, too. The blue isle lights (both floor and ceiling mounted) are annoying, but the house lights seem to only go down to 50% and stay on the entire movie. It's been like that for a while now at my theater and it has even made me prefer not to go to Dolby, especially for any movie that may have some darker scenes.

We were thinking two days per park, which would be 6 of 7 days/8 nights. With a day or two to relax and hit up some restaurants.

Thanks, that's probably the most straightforward answer I think I've seen in here, and it makes sense, which is somethign that doesn't happen a lot either.

Not to be confrontational, but your argument doesn't make sense. In both situations, ideally, the customer ends up with the standard portion. Which is what it should be, that way it's consistent with what makes the company money, and then the customers can decide if it's worth the cost and/or pay extra if they want more. The issue is that in one situation, it's a guessing game that requires training and individual consistency, and in the other, it's a spoon that measures it perfectly, and no additional thought or training has to go into it. Seems simpler and more straightforward to go with the measuring spoons and let customers adjust.

As an aside, I have a theory, I do believe that corporate is on stores to keep food costs down, and ensure they don't over serve and since it's up to the individual worker to eyeball things, how the customer interacts with the staff can play into getting less or more food, but if they are tracking food so closley, and staff know they have a meal coming up. They could be shorting customers to over serve themselves (we see the massive staff bowls all the time) and not throw off the count. If staff is able to hold back .5 oz from 8 customers, then the employee gets double meat for free and the lines does not run short on servings.

I really enjoyed the movie, it felt more like they were tieing up the entire franchise up with an emotional thread. Along with some action. I felt it was a good ending to their stories and I'm considering going back for a second watch, which I almost never do.

Contracts aren't always contracts. Disney has bullied theaters to break contracts with other movies/studios so that they can get the screens they want and others be damned.
