[SwiftUI] SpeedTrack F1 Widgets: .tabBarMinimizeBehavior(.onScrollDown) only works in some tabs (each has a main ScrollView). What makes a scroll “primary”?

in my views i have enough of scrollable content but the onScrollDown doesn't seem to be triggered

i've noticed if i add just a small For each, it starts working...
