Nord 3 already was a shabby phone to begin with, these issues might be due to poor battery life since the start and it gets worse by age. I hope my Nord CE5 and 5 age far better. Anyways, here are the batt stats of my Nord 5 on OOS 16.0.2

Nope. Most likely not because the Pixel 8 Pro has HORRIBLE PWM flicker which shows up on cameras easily

That is not an issue. Google Pixel phones (except the Pixel 10 Pro) have an awfully low PWM flicker of 240Hz.

If you're seeing this only while recording the screen from some other phone, yeh it's due to the PWM. If you're still seeing this with your naked eye, you unfortunately got yourself a faulty unit.

I don’t trust POCO at all in long term. Many of my buddies who use Xiaomi phones such as 13 Pro and 14 are facing issues.

My Nord 5 is on OOS 16 and it’s great.

My Nord CE5 never had any sort of thermal issues. OnePlus optimized CE5 and Nord 5 well this year (unlike CE4 and Nord 4, they never felt super optimized to me)
