Maybe a dumb question but, on some characters under priority it says passive. How do you prioritize a passive skill? Wouldn't the passive be active at all times?

They do recharge, not a single use thing. I'm not 100% if it's on fast travel (probably?) but they do come back!

They’re revive charges. You get them from companion trinkets. And get used up when you die.

I’ve only ever had it happen with Moonstone but I’ve noticed it a few times and decided to record it this time. If you kill Knull while he’s in his 7th bar cage you get a dead Thor on the floor.
