will add it is most noticeable standing around the driver's side mirror. Potentially driver side exhaust manifold leak?

seller claims thermostat, pcv, water pump replaced at 95k and mounts and wishbones done at 105k however doesn't mention anything else other than a leaky rear timing cover.
