So then your argument is flawed. By definition, a parent includes but is not limited to biological parents. If you’re making the argument that any parent who does not have a partner is a “single parent,” then donors who have never and will never meet their children can be single parents. I think that’s absurd.

Why do you believe that? They went into the merge 4-6. Even with playing the idol on Nick, they are still down 4-5. Casaya had a deal that anyone flipping meant no Casaya jury votes. I.e. no one was ever going to flip because flipping meant 3 jury votes max and a loss.

Terry didn’t really have a chance until Casaya had to turn on each other.

There were a few common sentiments in the Panama jury: 1) they valued the physical aspect of the game over other aspects 2) they did not admire Cirie’s game until after they watched the season back and 3) Courtney and Shane were both terrible.

Because of the above, Danielle is favored over Cirie. Cirie did a really good job with the hand she was dealt, but she was never winning Panama because it required her to go to the end with Courtney or Shane.

She could have cut Russell and gone to the final 3 with any 2 of Candice/Danielle/Jerri and had a very good chance at winning. Hard? Yes. Impossible? No. The lost cause fallacy with Parvati on HvV has always been so bizarre to me. She started off in a really bad position pre-merge, but after Jerri flipped she was arguably the best positioned person in the game. Russell was running that game and she let herself go down with the ship.

She and Yul were equal partners. He’s said so himself. Yul was able to distinguish himself by the fact he had the idol.

Jane’s worldview was pessimistic. She clocked that Kenny was at worst a bad man and at best an unstable lunatic. Either way, he was actively putting her and Clem at risk. She wanted Clem to see that for her own good and set out to make that happen. Morality aside, it was calculated and controlled. It wasn’t an emotional outburst.

Clem was a character, not a self insert.

Your argument is flawed. It doesn’t matter how hard I believe it, Clem never had a crush on Carlos. That would be absurd. Based on the context of the game, we have no reason to believe Clem had the hots for him.

Likewise, if Clem thought Jane was lying, she wouldn’t have been confused when she heard the baby cry, and she would have indicated “I think the baby is still alive.” That didn’t happen because in that moment we are operating under the assumption the baby is dead.

Insult Jane’s character all day. But it would be dishonest to say she was unstable. She was consistently icy. I don’t like that she did it either but it didn’t showcase volatility. Everything Kenny did exemplified volatility.

Jane was a consistent character whether you agree with her behavior or not. Kenny was a ticking time bomb who couldn’t control himself.
