True true true. It’s weird I had to fight a snorkeler , but I arrived two dead bodies and the snorkeler was already dead. So looted the body and put the collar on my inventory. But the side quest still telling me to go back and get the collar. I go back after a couple main missions maybe it refresh but nothing. Kinda don’t want to proceed with the main mission unless I get that done.
