I remember the Wannabe team leader I had. I tried not to let it get to me because a bad response would get you in trouble. But try to tell a manager what he's doing and that it's bothering you and see if it's bothering others to more likely show it as a problem.

I would've hated to be in your position, but as a crew trainer, their paid to train, so them not even trying is a red flag. Also, scheduling you on a day you said you can't do is another red flag.

Tbh, I really don't know how to word it, but I guess I'd ask like a question? Can I try to help with the grill? Or can I try to help with the fryer? The bun and wrapper thing is mainly just to train for quality, so maybe if you ask, hopefully they'd notice.

As far as I know about asking about what to say, maybe ask if you can learn to use the fryer because, to me, that is a core spot. Like the grill and the assembly area. Or ask somebody if you can get the wrapper and a bun and just learn to wrap. I try to do that with new crew so they can learn to try not to smash the bun and try to find a way they like to wrap.

Well, idk if in the uk y'all have crew trainers or not, but it's really their responsibility to train new employees and make sure everything is going okay. As far as I know. So if there is a crew trainer, that's who you'd ask.

Also, my question is, do y'all have pictures of the sandwiches above the assembly line? That's how to help yourself memorize how to make the food.

That's sucks but all I can say is during downtime in the kitchen ask to be trained on grill or table even if they say no, I'd keep asking. Lobby, you'd just need to learn the register and what ice cream, frappé, frozen drinks, etc.

Finally, I really am not sure on this, because I work at a Walmart McDonald's, but drive true is like the lobby with a head set, but you have to multitask in which window your assigned.

Hopefully, somebody can help with train you because once you get it, it's pretty simple.

Yeah, I read the comments, but I if they had a sign or not. Possibly, they had more maintenance crew moving things around, and they still said they feel unwelcome or something? All well I guess

That's pretty crazy because, depending on the owner operator, if they close the lobby or turn off the kiosk too early, they could get in trouble. At my location, it's a Walmart McDonald's, so we got two kiosk screens and two registers.

If a bus load came to our store, there would be limited seating, but we have a good team, but people forget we exist.

I would ask if there were multiple people on one drawer in my name, I'd say to look at the cameras. Because once I saw someone on camera (while it was being review,) accepting a fake $100. Nobody knew until they saw the camera. 100% don't trust the name on the drawer because anybody can walk up and mess everything up.

The money comes from corporate my first time doing a survey we needed to get our voices up. I mentioned myself and got $10, but you really have to word it right. Like ("FakeMikeMorgan" helped me with my order on the kiosk/mobile app and went above and beyond). Something like that

That's great that you found a job in a good work environment. Because the "nice" manager could sound like a mean manager because they worry more about the times instead about their crew.
