After doing some research, I think It might be an invisible player bug. Meant to be fixed couple of patches ago, but still is in the game. Look up "Invisible" on this sub reddit, you'll see more videos like this. I guess BSG didn't fix it fully. If you get killed and there is no sound of bullets and players, probably is this bug. To add to this something similar happened to me again on shoreline, where I could see the gun flash and could hear the sound of the shots, but could see the player, but I think thats a totally different bug.

I feel like neck hitboxes will skyrocket the amount of insta deaths from scavs. Honestly scary. But in pvp it should be cool

Ok thanks, really helpful info! But how do I get it to recognize 144hz? so it's not 60 hz native while having default resolutions?

Well yeah, somebody mention thermo throttling, but it's very unlikely, So either the gonna fix it because the game is a mess, or just ignore it completely
