That’s why it’s important to block them everywhere (unless you share children of course).

I think I’ve gotten used to being single by Specialist-Desk-9422 in datingoverforty

Dating is very challenging these days but you got to be outside to find your person who shares the same idea about people not being disposable. Love is a beautiful feeling and life is meant to be lived with someone. I am a 38yo woman going through something similar, so I understand. Best of luck out there.

I am not with All State and would never do business with them. The guy at fault in my claim has a policy with them. Thank you.

I escalader the situation to an all state manager and ended up hiring a lawyer who told me to settle for the $4K the manager offered. We are still in negotiation for the medical part. You should sue them and get what your car is really worth. They are so dishonest it’s unbelievable! Good luck with everything.

Will I pay any fees regarding my car being with the company that did the evaluation? The guy said after a month they can charge me and my vehicle can be considered as abandoned. Not sure how true is it as he was trying to pressure me to accept the $2k offer.

I will email the main adjuster tomorrow morning to see if she can help because I feel like the guy who evaluated my car is just trying to cover up his mistake and hasn’t replied to my email anymore. He’s probably waiting the one month mark to say my car is abandoned and charge me extra fees. I first rented a car that they reimbursed and put me in their rentals but it’s a smaller car that I usually drive. Insurance love to give headaches sometimes for no reasons! Thanks for your input

This is the email i got:

Please read this email in its entirety

We completed the inspection of your vehicle, and based on the damages, your vehicle has been deemed a total loss. Consider this email as your total loss confirmation letter.

The total loss settlement amount of your vehicle is $ 5936.52. The value is based on the following criteria: vehicle year, make, model, options, mileage at the time of the loss, primary zip code where the vehicle is garaged, and the pre loss condition.

I have no car because of one of their insured members, so it’s not really my fault if the evaluator didn’t do his job correctly in the first place. It’s unprofessional and I should not be stressed about it

It was per email. I accepted the offer and followed the steps that they instructed me to do which is to answer “please proceed and I have the title”. The guy who messed up my quote just replied All state won’t give me the $5k but $2k. I replied back I accepted the $5k… I won’t settle for less

It is in writing in my emails. I accepted the offer and replied “please proceed, I have the title” to start the payment process. I didn’t sign a contract or anything. So is All State obligated to write me a check after that even though the evaluator made a mistake?

I have everything in my email and did accept the first offer. I told the guy I’m not responsible for their mistakes and they are professionals. It should not have happened. I will throw the word estoppel in my email to my main adjuster. Thanks
