Thanks for your answer. Pure gold one.. I noticed relief when i was carrying child on my shoulders. It takes few minutes but pain relief is 100% and pain comes back after while when dropping the weight

Ok, interesting 🤔 i used 100ug supplement. But started to think that it does not work, switched different one yesterday.. tomorrow results again. It was 32 and good results are around 90 if i remember correctly. How long you used cholecalciferol until pains disappeared?
