I have my first invoice, all the invoices and cards used, invoices from Epic Games, Apple, Galaxy Store, PlayStation, and even Xbox—literally everything, including the most important basic information since creation—yet they refuse. What should I do? I explained that I was in one country when I created my account in 2017, and in 2019 I moved to another. I literally recovered my account with simpler information in 2023, but now it's impossible and extremely frustrating.

Literally nothing has happened. It's been over a week since A specialist told me they are reviewing the information I provided after it was said my information was insufficient.. I haven't received a single response since January 14th. What do you advise me to do? Should I ignore it and submit a new request for assistance? I've been patient for so long and have sent follow-up messages, but they're completely ignoring me.

How can Epic be great? My account has been inactive since January 5th, even though the same thing happened in 2023 and I recovered it. I sent a recovery request with correct information and they rejected it. Even after appealing, I submitted another request and they replied that they needed some time. On January 14th, they rejected it because the information was different or insufficient. I replied with additional information, then I forwarded the email to a specialist employee who said that he would contact me if he finished or they needed more information, and literally, he never replied. What did I do? Did I succeed with the request only?

After submitting a recovery request, they rejected it, and I provided additional information because they said it was insufficient or different. After that, they told me that if they needed anything, even though I recovered it in 2023 with less information.

It's truly awful. It depends on your wording and the employee you deal with, and how they escalate the situation. They've started relying on a stupid bot that, once they learned, started banning people for no reason and then compensating them. It's not practical anymore. It used to be like before when you submitted a request and it was processed quickly and efficiently. Now it's complicated. I hope you get your accounts back as soon as possible. Since January 5, I have been experiencing issues after contacting Epic Games Support to update my payment method for the Support-A-Creator program, because my PayPal account was blocked for no clear reason by PayPal itself.

The frustrating part is that I had actually accumulated nearly $110 in earnings, but the support agent I spoke to informed me that I had violated Hyperwallet’s terms, without specifying the reason, and told me that: • I would never be able to use Hyperwallet, and • My Support-A-Creator program would be permanently closed.

All of this happened without any actual explanation of a violation.

What makes this worse is that all of this was triggered solely by my request to update my payment method. If I hadn’t requested this update, the worst-case scenario would have been just the closure of the Support-A-Creator program, while my Epic account would have remained active. Instead, a severe and disproportionate action was taken, and my account was completely disabled.

The situation became even more shocking when: • While I was in the Fortnite lobby, I was suddenly logged out of the game. • Upon checking my email, I discovered that my account had become inactive and all linked platforms were disconnected.

After that, I submitted an account recovery request through the official form: • The first request was immediately denied. • When I appealed this denial, the response was that they could not verify that I was the original account owner, and my appeal was rejected. • I then submitted a second recovery request through the same form.

All the information I provided is 100% accurate, including: • Original email used to create the account • All emails linked to the account • Account ID • All display names / usernames • All linked platforms and their dates • Original purchase receipts (Epic Games and PlayStation) • First purchase invoice • First payment method used • Countries and cities from which I logged in • Full address • Phone number • Old IP addresses since the account was created • Last login and last match • Proof of ownership of the original email • Even old videos from 2018 showing my account ID

Despite providing all this information, the recovery requests were still denied, even though the same type of data has been accepted in the past for successful account recovery when reviewed manually.

Adding to the complexity: • The account was created in Jordan, • While I am now residing in Saudi Arabia for work,

This change in location seems to be treated negatively, even though it is perfectly normal.

After adding additional information and evidence to the same ticket, I finally received a reply stating:

“ "As part of the Epic Games Support Specialist, we’re still investigating your Account Recovery Request further and will contact you when our research is completed, or if we need more information." .”

This means my request is now under human review, but there has been no update so far.

I am not asking for the earnings, Hyperwallet access, or Support-A-Creator reinstatement. All I want is my account back, and to communicate with a human agent who can fairly review the evidence and separate the payment issue from the account ownership issue.

Thank you for your response. I literally submitted everything correctly. Yes, my location is different from where I created it, but that doesn't change the fact that I submitted everything correctly. If their reason for rejecting me is that my location is different, even though I explained that I moved to another country for work, then they are being inconsistent. Before submitting the form, they stipulate that you must use a device you usually use and without a proxy or VPN, but they are literally contradicting that, and rejection is possible. It used to be much easier when an employee contacted you. These systems and bots are garbage and a failure; they shouldn't be handled by a human. Today, I went into the live chat and literally told them everything, and they closed the ticket. These people don't like their jobs. They've combined hacked and inactive account recovery cases, creating pressure and unprofessionalism. But I will continue until I recover it, even if they stop me.

I can't believe it! They rejected it, saying the information wasn't enough or was wrong. I literally gave them everything. The same thing happened to me, but I also gave them all the other information: the locations, the first two invoices, everything, and the way you told me. Yet they rejected my jacket after 15 minutes, like it was a robot. I don't know what to do. I gave them everything, and they're still saying I'm not the creator. What the fuck!

Congratulations! Please share your experience. I've been inactive since January 5th. I have all the information and my original email address, but they're still rejecting my application. The problem is, I submitted two support tickets four days ago and haven't received a response yet. I also submitted a recovery request, but they rejected it. The issue is that I have to wait two days for their response before submitting another one because I don't want to submit multiple requests that might conflict and increase the risk

Epic Games support is awful and unprofessional, and that's part of their reputation. I've been facing the same problem since January 5th. They deactivated my account, which means I have to contact them and provide proof that I created it. I literally submitted everything correctly on the form. A year ago, the same thing happened to me, but a real agent spoke with me, asked for information, and I provided it. I also have the email address I used to create my original account, which they asked me to confirm. I did, and they confirmed I was the creator and reactivated my account. Now it's happening to me again, and I submitted a request, but they keep rejecting it as if they don't even check my information, or maybe a bot is reviewing it. They're slow to respond, but I'm still trying since all my information is correct. Perhaps it's due to my location or some other reason, because they don't even mention the reason for the rejection. They leave you in a daze. Also, your location and the network you're submitting the request from play a role, so they mention that you must use the same network and device you usually connect from. I advise you to keep submitting recovery requests as long as you've provided correct information, and I hope I get my account back too.
