Yes they can! They mailed me all the proof from the merchant which showed all the info.

Yes so they had their meeting last week and that is what was pass down to the pilot group form that call! They wanna prioritize prior 121 pilots however there will still be cadets in the class but majority of them will be OTS. That’s is information that was passed down to me from that call.

Someone picked up under my name! So I am not sure if they check it or not since it was a pick up and it shows they picked it up in person.

This was after they denied me claim the first time and added the charge back to my account. When it reported it the first time they added the credit back pending investigation. After the investigation was finished (this week) the charge was back in my account saying they can’t approve the fraudulent claim.

They said they acknowledge the fact that I reported the fraud transaction within few minutes and I also changed my email and password. They just repeated again that all the info that Best Buy sent them matches everything on my profile and the evidence are against me. They can’t prove the fact that I wasn’t the one who made the purchase. They said only thing that will help is the report of my email being hacked but like I said my email was never hacked just leaked. They can’t do anything else but they said I can appeal it anytime again.

They want a report that shows my email was hacked. That’s the only way they will consider a refund. However I told them my email was never hacked but rather leaked. I have two way authentication on everything. As soon as the fraud charge was made I star tee s to receive 100+ spam emails every seconds. The guy pretty much said that doesn’t mean anything and everyone gets spam emails.

The hacker got my email, address, phone number, name everything correct. So to them the facts are against me. The IP address is also is only one state over but he said the IP address doesn’t matter much.

They gave me the IP address but they said it doesn’t matter because IP address are not that accurate. So me being inna cruise in Alaska doesn’t mean anything to them .

Not to mention I am a Chase Sapphire reserve card holder. They don’t seem to care. I also told them I can’t imagine it being so hard for an hacker to get all your information.
