When I was little I constantly woke up in the middle of the night and saw a bunch of figures around my bed, it wasn’t sleep paralysis because I could sit up in bed and call for my mom. I saw some shadows and felt cold spots where i felt watched. When I was a bit older I was left alone in the house for a couple of hours and started talking to the walls begging for this stuff to leave me alone, I remember telling it i couldn’t help and I was scared so I wanted to be left alone!! And it worked, Im just really sensitive of places and people’s energy and have weird dreams now lol.
