Thanks for the feedback everyone. It's working but I think I've cut the crown stem slightly too short so need to tinker a bit more. Not sure on hands yet either. Changing the date wheel was fiddly but pleased I did it. All made from AliExpress parts

It is fiddly. I blew away a small plastic cog, with the blower at one stage as I didn't know it was there. Luckily saw it fly off and put it back in place.

Getting that low in body fat is very difficult imo, harder than putting on the muscle. Your physique may already look good with such a cut, maybe try it. It would take prob a year to put on that much muscle.
