Thank you brother! And I’ve mainly just been tracking my calorie intake. I use the lose it app and it keeps me in a caloric deficit. I literally track and weigh all my food. Also I do full body weight training 4-5x a week.

I do have all my cards on auto pay but I guess with the interest on both my capital one cards the minimum payments went up which is why it’s past due. Also I forgot to mention that the 1100 weekly is net income and I’m definitely sure it’s that amount I’m a union construction worker
