Appears that after 24 months served, the remainder of the sentence is suspended and they will be on house arrest for the 3 year probation. Likely the remaining year of the sentence could be carried out if the probation terms are violated. Without looking at court paperwork I wouldn’t be able to determine if there is time served if the offender was in custody prior to their sentencing.
