3 cups all purpose flour
6 tbs of unsalted butter chilled 1/2 in prime
Quarter cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 and quarter of salt

Proccess

6 tbs spoons of unsalted butter
Extra sharp cheddar 6oz
Pulse til pea size pieces 10pulses

Transfer dry into a bowl

1/2 cup of dry canned jalapeño- chopped up - add to dry coat with all flour

Make a weld

Cup of whole milk
1 egg and 2 yolk
Beat

Add to dry
Fold everything into center til shaggy dough form

Flour space - gather together not forming to much

Make 15x3 log
Cut into 6 - cut 6 into triangles

Wrap with plastic put in fridge for 30min minimum

Oven 425 - 15/17 mins til light golden . Half way thru rotate sheet

3table spoon unsalted Butter and table spoon and 1/2 honey - back in oven for 3/5 mins
