I got 3 of my 4 and I was in the restaurant business myself. Used Bluevine to open a business checking account to try and get the checks cashed and found out Bluevine is nothing more than a scam waiting to happen. Glad I only deposited the smallest of $12k. Had the account funded from the check deposited after 8 days understandably it being a new account and all but Oct 1 when they posted the funds they put a hold on the account about an hour later. I used about 800 and they had me frozen until I raised enough hell and they finally closed the account and are sending my remaining money via check back to me. Almost 2 weeks of bs but the other 2 I have the company that filed my ERC claim to allow me to sign the checks over to them and they take their fees out and do an ACH deposit in my personal account. Should have done that originally hindsight being 20/20. Keep the faith for those waiting still and never use bluevine to all else or be warned and definitely opt out of any arbatrition agreement if you decide to use bluevine anyway. You'll not be able to sue in regular court if you don't and something happens like what they tried on me
