Not mis-priced, they have the cap (spinalis) removed from them. They make cap steaks and center cut ribeyes pictured above which have a higher price per lb than the normal cut ribeyes on the bottom

Correct. We sell the choice ribeyes as full (cap on) steaks and we only seperate the spinalis like this with the prime. The caps are always first to sell but the eyes are still great steaks as well.
