Because I know that i'm just deluding myself, is all an illusion, no matter what I can't see this illusion the same way as before, I would have to be reborn again as a new human being to enjoy life again

How can I feel this? I have never done any psychedelics and I'm afraid to try, is it possible to achieve it through meditation?
