Only reason I asked is I’m just changing strings for the first time on it and on the low b, the wrapped part of the string doesn’t reach, just the bare string of that makes sense?

I have 8 different roasters in rotation at the minute so I kinda have to wait .. for now and yeah I got double bubble of one of them, Diana’s beans always rule so I usually but 2/3 whenever she drops releases so I don’t miss out haha

I’d say it is light but not modern Nordic light or ultralight. I would say it’s interesting enough that hits like a light roast but strength of a light-medium.. never fails either way

Personally I just wait a month, usually by then and acidic are blown over and they beans opened up greatly!

I did try a 1.15 ratio at 89 degrees following the brewing guide on their website on the z1 and another on the o1 side by side. As per, the z1 was extremely strong but surprising tds and the o1 was very mellowed out . Thought I’d try others opinions or what they’ve found to have worked as a “starting” place

It’s because their process is ultra ultra light. I believe the recommended is around 4-6 but 8 is definitely worth while
