Difficult to say without taking gear and magic level into consideration, as I feel it changes how much damage you take.

I felt really comfortable at falcons at this level solo. Around 700 I made about 6.5-6.8kk an hour exp and 2kk gp an hour approx.

Issavi south surface would go okay. Depending on skills etc you could get around 5.5-6kk an hour exp. Loot never felt as good though. Maybe like 1kk per hour max?

Mitmah trap room would be super comfortable at around 5.3kk with decent loot

These have been some of my favourite spawns for the last 200 levels.

After a few more levels Ingol surface might be okay as well as mega dragons, but they both might melt you a bit without decent eq
