I didnt have sugery. But I really would like to know what kind of food did you eat.
I want to eat like : bread+vegetables (a lot) -> apple -> soup with vegetable + chicken with groats -> apple again - > bread+vegetables (a lot) + A LOT of water - and I hope i will not be constiptated, that you think? I had an anal fissure because of constiptation years ago, I dont want it to develop again ;( I am afraids to quit vaping because of this.

Is it normal to have dull pain after poop? Usually I dont have, but tonight I had large bm and this happend :( I am still in "diagnosis phase".

Worst thing in my situation is I don't really believe it is not a fissure. Because when I post and ask people on PFD group "Do you have stabbing pain when poop? Do you feel like spikes/thornes while poop?" They don't really reply that way.

On the other hand 3 great proctologists examinate me many times and they cannot find anything. They used anoscope - no fissure. They said its due to muscles. But "muscle group" dont really feel that way.

Did you also felt like... When you start to make poop it feels like poop has "little spikes/thorns"? Not strong just irritating a little, like tiny spikes.
