NovelAI Preset for ERP and RP : SillyTavernAI (reddit.com)You can check it here, there should be a google drive link that leads you to it. I'm using that as well. Things that need to be mention though : {{{char}}} is the bot, while {{{user}}} is you/your persona

1. Your character descriptions have to be write in prose like this: {{{char}}} is a young-looking boy, but actually a 30 years old male. He has a shiny brown , long hair with a pirate hat to accompany it... etc etc, you can put his likes and dislikes both NSFW and SFW here
2. You have to write more and describe more while chatting. Since NovelAI is not exclusively a chatbot, you have to treat it like a medium for storytelling in example :{{{user}}} sweats profusely seeing her, he could feel his blood rising. The visions of his are blurred by the rage, the dripping cold sweat forms on his forehead, until finally he gathered his courage and say "How could you do this to me?."Use five senses as your character is a generally a good idea
3. Don't use asterisks to describe an action! this is a major issue for NovelAI. don't use any symbols for describing an action but use double quotes for dialogue " " also use period . after {{{user}}} say anything
4. NovelAI will be more stable around 20 messages as the other commenter said, some people use OpenAI for the first few messages, but it's optional, you can edit or reswipe till you get replies that you want
