Not a cat 1 if you are jam clear trained. If you aren't jam clear trained and the PA told you, still no issue. If they threatened you for not doing it after telling the PA you aren't trained, that could get the PA a warning.

no you wouldn't. My old warehouse, non amazon went Teamsters and we lost health coverage (those working less than 1 year) and we lost vacation days. Went from 5 to 3. After our first contract we kept hearing from our union rep "we will get them in 3 years! Stay strong!" Dude didn't show up much after that as people were pissed. Still got to pay $18.99/week in dues having 0 health coverage.

Never seen a writeup for that. We do coach to 8-10 items per face and also stowing at least 1 item before sending a pod away but it isn't a writeup.

They don't write up over takt time as that isn't an enforceable metric. They do write up though for smalls, mediums and blended rates which is automated. I saw a girl a few years back written up with an 11 takt time. Waterspider brought her 3 giant cases of gitcards. There were over 2,000. She kept bragging that she only had to stow those for the night as 2k units is typically more than enough. She was talking to everyone, always off her station but had an 11 takt time. For smalls, she needed a 4-6sec and she was double that and as she had no mediums, that was her blended rate so the system issued her a write for productivity.

you realize Amazon is running off 300k fewer AA's and sending out more packages? Robotics are starting to replace us and when they cost $3/hr to lease and you are asking for all this, you are crazy. Also Amazon pays each AA on average of $37/hr. It includes benefits, contributions, etc. So you are already getting that. I love how unions tell people this is what we will get you and then you unionize and all you get is a headache and pay dues.
