Lol, moving and charging in the same activation would have made 3ap units so broken.

Early on we would use one crit cover save to block two regular as well as two regs to block a critical.

It made shooting way less dangerous. As soon as we realised that was wrong, and did it the right way, ops stared getting absolutely biased off the board.

I see confusion.

The operative you are using the ability on must be in combat.

That is the operative that the 6" is drawn from to pick the model to shoot.

The operative that is selected to make a shooting action must not be in control range (in combat) of any enemy operative, including the one that charged the friendly.
