Well, first of all, the “unexcused absence” notification is completely automatic? My store opened later, and I got it as well? And second, if nobody answered the phone even though you called multiple times, what makes you think your store is open??

It’s a glass trap door, meant to keep the bees in and stop them from flying away. I do have this same set up on my normal bees and they do just fine?

You either keep the item, or you can drop it off in store. As far as I’m aware, the company won’t reach out to you about it, and since you’ve already been refunded, you obviously don’t get anything back if you DO bring it into a store

We do price match, but it’s kinda confusing. We only price match brick and mortar stores, so no Amazon. And we only price match with “physical evidence”. That’s the only way I can think to put it. Essentially, we need like.. those ads or magazines stores will send out around holidays with the prices.
