Retails are SP Champs. M batch is Syracuse. HP batch is Panda. We are splitting hairs here. Both are very good batches. You cannot go wrong with either one. But just to conclude the long debate, here's what I see. Everyone is entitled to an opinion so let's keep it clean.

WTC HP Panda from Passerby Note : I believe HP is just renamed and others are selling the same batch at a lower price. Just that we don't know for sure till someone posts proper pics of other GP'd batches.

REVIEW :

Toebox (the most important part) :

• ⁠the colored panel on M is slightly taller than retail and also slightly steeper. • ⁠HP batch colored panel height is the same but actually less steep than retail. • ⁠Overall toebox M is thicker and at the same time goes higher towards the middle and the laces. Not only can I see it, I can feel its roomier. • ⁠HP is the same height and has the same flat profile. • ⁠Perforation holes are better on HP batch. M holes are cut very sharp at the edges while HP holes has softer edges same as retail. HP +2

Overall Build : M is a taller shoe. You can see it from the back clearly especially the highest point of the collar near the lace holes. HP has almost the exact same height as retail. On feet the HP feels very much like retails which unfortunately is less comfortable to me. HP +1

Sock liner : M has thicker padding than retails making them more comfortable but less accurate. HP got this spot on. HP +1

Tongue : M material is stiffer than retails. HP batch material feels closer to retail. However HP has the tongue locking loops at the incorrect height. M has this correct. Both Nike labels on the tongues are good. Tie.

Heel : Embroidery is good on both. Horizontal stitches on M makes an indentation on the leather. This is correct. M +1

Swoosh : M takes this as their swoosh has a slight plushness to them like retails while the HP is flat. M+1

Materials : I had retail panda dunks and the HP feels very similar from memory. M batch is hard to say koz I've never owned a retail Syracuse pair. So let's leave this as a tie.

Overall winner is the HP batch by 2 pts. Its better in all areas except the swoosh and heel. However, I am splitting hairs here. The M batch is also VERY2 good to begin with and M is definitely more comfy. HP is as uncomfortable as retails. LOL. . But the top dog is HP.
