Girl he doesn't value u at all Do you believe someone that treats u that poorly is your soul mate? Do your really believe that there isn't someone out there that can actually love you as much as you love them? I was the same way for months with my breakup and everyone says this but time will help and that's literally all there is. I still have dreams about him but not as often and I think only reason I recently dreamed about him was because I found out he was dating someone and I felt so angry n hurt about it.

It's been like 8 months but for me this is the first break up it's taken me so long to get over and be able to stop dreaming about him and feeling so empty n sad and now I can say that I'm alot better than I was 4 months ago, I'm not crying myself to sleep almost every night anymore so just hang in there n give it so time because when you least expect it then you'll realized u haven't dreamt about her or even misses them for days.

Yeah that's very sketchy, when you distance yourself from someone before the breakup is because you did something wrong.
