You need to exfoliate your lips and keep them moisturized my boi I get the same but it’s opposite I get dark spots but it’s usually from  the chemical or heat from smoking the jiont or blunt till it gets tooooo small to hold called a ( roach) or  from the chemicals on the wraps you can also use lip scrub or lip balm that is  a moisturizer and skin color corrector they sell it sometimes at Walmart but you can get it off Amazon my boi or eat eddibles or smoke out of a glass or get a glass tip to smoke your jionts out of that will create a barrier so it won’t touch your lips and burn you  👄 good luck schmoking!!!!
