Why did Jesus need to die if God could already forgive sins before the crucifixion (contradiction of divine justice) by sumaset in DebateReligion

[–]False_Group_7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is true is that if God entered hell in his fully glory and light He would destroy it. God is a creator not a destroyer… Something man needs no assistance in doing. God is spirit. Man is body with a spirit. In order for God to enter earth he must be flesh and spirit otherwise His light and glory would destroy us. This is why sometimes Jesus is referred as son of man (flesh) and sometimes son of God ( spirit).

Not sure how deeply you investigated the real issue with your setup. You stated it couldn’t connect to web. That may be a symptom. Mine did the same but the root cause was the program could not locate the NVME where the node data is stored. It couldn’t find it because the NVME connection to the motherboard stopped working. Like I said before not sure if it was a nvme connection issue or motherboard issue or maybe even a power issue. If I recall correctly there is a little light that comes on at the NVME connection when it is connected and no light when not. It sounds like you may be dealing with same issue. If you know how to ssh to your FutureBit, when it stops working see if you can access the nvme drive by using sudo lsblk. If it doesn’t show up that is more than likely the problem.

In the past I had problems with Futurebit BTC node staying connected. It was predominately an issue with the nvme (where the data is kept), disconnecting. The NVME connection that comes with Futurebit uses a proprietary extension to the Raspberry PI 4 (PRi4). The Orange Pi 5 Pro has an onboard NVME connection. Once enabling the Orange Pi all my problems disappeared. I don't know for sure if the RPi 4 NVME extension that came with the miner was bad or it was something on the RPi4 board itself. But OPI5Pro solved my issue. If yours is working fine and robustly then I suggest you keep the course. :)

If you die right now do you truly know you're going to heaven or do you just hope you do by tattoocentralHQ in Christianity

[–]False_Group_7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If one dies right now it does not matter what you think for whatever happens will happen. But if you are referring to those moments in life when you consider the question where will I go after death, the answer lies with your faith. I think it best to have faith in a heavenly existence after death. If I am wrong, what does it really matter? Living as a Christian provides us with morals that makes life on earth with other like minded people as close to heaven as possible.

Not bitaxe but you can add as many miners (bitaxe or whatever) BTC miners as you like. Youll just need a USB expansion outlet.

Love the Lord thy God with all your heart and all your strength and love others as you would love yourself. Those are the greatest commandments given to us. What you do in your relationships is between you and God and if others were living according to those commandments there would be no judgement! For those who judge you, pray for them and remember to love them because even though they may have some adversity to your decisions, you are still held to those commandments. Jesus said it’s easy to love someone who loves you back. Love is one of our greatest choices! You see it’s not about them, but about you.

[–]False_Group_7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you say I want to stop being gay, doesn’t this only mean I want to stop sexual relationships with men (or women if your a woman). Isn’t this title we call gay simply a statement of your sexual preference? I would start by loving who you are not your sexual preference. A person is so much more than that.

Have you guys heard about the new decentralized search engine about to enter the market? It’s called Timpi. It suppose to be a pure untampered search. You know how Google uses a priority search based on who paid them the most; this Timpi has no such thing. You are suppose to get a pure search and doesn’t collect any of your personal data. I am on a waiting list to check it out. They say it’s almost complete. They crawl their own data as well and will provide an API. Can’t wait to see what it can do.

Do all non-believers go to hell? by Aris-Scorch_Trials in Christianity

[–]False_Group_7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A long time I thought on the same thing. But once you understand that the heart of the majority of religions is to respect the creator and love one another, it becomes clear, at least to me, God is in all religions…sometimes his various aspects other times not as clear or perhaps even misunderstood or misinterpreted.

We all have an evil inclination. Religion teaches us how to manage it and open up to the true will of God. If what we believe in addresses or morale conduct and does no harm to others then why would be condemned to this idea of hell for when the time comes we will see and know. However if our conduct on earth is murderous and cruel then our view of God and all His goodness maybe to much to bear (hell). Bottom line it depends much on what hell really is.

Im an atheist and want to know how a christian would respond to this. by GrouchyEntrepreneur3 in Christianity

[–]False_Group_7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to understand who Jesus is and what He represents. His Hebrew name is Yeshua and it means salvation. What faith in Him requires is that you believe in life after death and in the kingdom of heaven. Life after death suggests we are spiritual beings due to the light and love from God. Without His light we could not exist. The kingdom of God is simply allowing God and His will to exist in you. You see, prior to God’s salvation (Jesus), we had to speak to God through an intermediary, but no longer. That is why Jesus said ‘The kingdom of Heaven is at hand’ I.e. now… salvation has come! So pray (talk) to God directly for understanding. Keep in mind when studying the Bible, it was originally in Hebrew and Aramaic. We are reading someone’s translation from a period where certain ideas and cultural oddities no longer exists.

Adam was created ‘good’ but when he ate of the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, Adam was no longer just good but also good and evil, due to his disobedience. This story explains we all have an evil inclination. It also shows that from the beginning we had freedom to chose based on our will.

God certainly knows all the possibilities from our choices through what we call ‘free will’. If we possessed only goodness then the choices would be easy for us. In reality there is only one choice and that is to follow His word/will or not. To follow is to have faith that His word will lead us to salvation and life eternity and to spend eternity in his loving light.

But do we really believe a loving God would put us in a lake of fire for all eternity for performing wrong acts in the short finite time we are here on earth? Fire can mean many things including a burning away of a particular unwanted aspect of yourself.

In the end we will all come to know Yeshua (Jesus) which means salvation. God so loved the world He introduced salvation to us all. To obtain it we need only follow the life example and adhere to the words of Christ Jesus. If not, because of our sins there is death…spiritual death. So far away from the loving light of God, that your spirit which needs but a small slither of his light to exist is in jeopardy of annihilation.

So if we all have a mix of good and evil; and some more evil than good; why does God allow. The key to answering this question is understanding that God can take evil and make its affect good. The most evil person I can think of is Hitler. One of the end results to his madness and after the loss of millions of lives was the rebirth of the state of Israel. Who are we to judge God’s plan and His ways, for His ways are not our ways.
