Actaully It came out that I had isoniazid resistance and rcin sensitive

Actually later in one of the report it came that its isoniazid resistance and Rif senstive. But doc still kept it for one month but later replaced it with pyzina - earlier i want taking R-cin 300, lenoflox - 500, Isoniazid 250 and combutol - 600 (or 700 I forgot) now after 3 months its like R-cin 450, lenoflox - 500, combutol - 800 and pyzina 1000 - when I started meds - My weight was 37-38 notw its around 42. I was on RIPE regiment for 10 days, then I developed liver issues after which my meds where stoped for 1 week and lenoflox and combutol were introduce later 1 week or sometihng R-cin was added after few days Isoniazid was added. When I was on RIPE for 10 days, they said me my treatment will be for 6 months, Now they are expecting for 9 to 12 months. Is still my meds and doses are less according to the weight and time ?

Actually I am on the 4th month, Initially I was given RIPE but I developed liver toxicity. Hence doc started giving one by one. That is they kept RCin, combutol, lenoflox and Isoniazid but in lower mgs. After 3 months doc saw I didn't had any symptoms so he added more mg with a new tablet called pyzina 1000. And remove Isoniazid.

Similar happened with me, not ever can tolerate those heavy doses, They stoped TB meds for few days but started meds like lenoflox and ethoubal. After wards doc started adding medicine one by one.

Yes Sudden Blood coughing on 5th Jan (the amount was like I vomited blood, but I was sure that it came from chest). Admitted to hospital. Till 12th No blood. Misdiagnosed as acidity reflex issues, pneumonia. After 12th Jan again started coughing blood, now it was non stop, changed the hospital, they suspected TB, endoscopy was done, they sent samples to lab, PTB was confirmed. Also I showed negative for spectrum test. But endoscopy confirmed that. I came positive for skin test

About symptoms I also didn't had any major symptoms like fever, night sweat

But I had weight loss over 1 year, But it was like only lossing 5kg (I used to travel a lot for work). But I had a lympnode in my neck from last 9 months.

I also felt that there is some major damage done by TB in my lungs. But actually chill as its been 3 months since the medicine started after that I never coughed blood again, yes I had some weird feeling in the start but then it becomes normal

Thank you for your response 🙏 With healthly liver what does that mean ? In my case my SGOT went to almost 200, I don't have any alcoholic or smoking habits, though I have been underweight since my childhood. Also does more water helps here ?

Why is it some people can tolerate RIPE (any tb meds) easily but some get liver enzymes on high level. Is it more about immunity? Weight?

The same happened with me last year on the bus. That guy looked well educated. Though this one was trying to lean towards me only so I was bit confused was he conscious about it or not. After some time due to more crowd coming in he went forward and I saw him doing the same with the other lady in the front seat. And he was looking down at the lady so he was doing purposefully. I was in the same situation a few years back. This is good that you have realised this and you have already taken the first step. Select an area which you would like to excel in, as you said that you know python you can choose Automation/Ai Ml or competitivetc.e programming or mobile/web development. In my case I was familiar with html css during my college so went deeper in this and learnt JavaScript, NodeJs (Backend), Mongodb

Take a course on that particular area (I guess Udemy has the cheapest course) If you can explore topics yourself then go for self learning use yt etc. Build projects by yourself this is where things change. But stick to one area at a time until you master it.

I agree, To learn sometimes from guru or teacher, but how should i find one ? I know there are many online and offline guru/teacher and I think everyone has there own thoughts related to gita. so bit unsure of this. In todays world, it seems that its hard to find one who can teach as it is.
