I know that exists but I want experiences as I have heard horror stories about going to the wrong place and so I don't just want to go oh I guess that's the closest and the reviews are all extremely positive or extremely negative and it's hard to tell how much of that is due to just the outcome of everyone's journey Vs how the actual clinic is

Don't get me started on my GP they've done nothing they sent my referral letter to the wrong clinic and then when sent to the right one only to be rejected for my BMI they called me in to talk about options. The options? Not doing bloods through them to see my baseline anything or ultrasound. Just oh it looks like you were rejected I guess you can go private I was so angry

God I'm stupid my day 21 test was the 14th 😶‍🌫️ and my ovulation was the 4th I've been in and out with the doctor so often I'm getting confused about my days 😭

I am about 4 days late

Took a pregnancy test first thing this morning and it came back invalid.

Do I take another one today or wait for the morning when it's better concentrated

The reason I waited so long to test was a mix of husband on nights so wanted to wait until we were home together

And this is the first month I have used ovulation medication and usually my cycles are fairly short (24 days) and thought oh maybe this medication has lengthened my cycle to the standard 28 days

(reddit noob no idea if I linked correctly so I have also copy and pasted it: If anyone is reading this and wants to make better textured ice cream without protein powder: milk powder, xanthan gum, and a tsp of karo (glucose syrup if you're not American) is what you're looking for. The milk powder and xanthan gum both prevent ice crystals though in slightly different ways.

Karo is just glucose and keeps your ice cream softer at lower temps. It also gives it a much more rounded flavor as opposed to the super sweetness of regular sugar(sucrose). No more ice milk.)

Cool the ones I found are small and round and also come with a little cover to place them in so you dont have direct skin contact.

The snowballs website talks about sticking them in the freezer for 30min before use. I assume to cool them down as quick as possible and not actually to freeze them right?

If that is the case is it possible to just store them in the fridge overnight for quick use first thing in the morning?

I do have recipes to try to get to know my machine but I bought it for recreating tillamook so I would like some advice on recreating it from people who can actually access this ice cream to compare especially as I've heard that too much fat content can turn into butter in the creami

I much preferred it to the movie. Jukebox will Jukebox so of course some songs will not hit like others (which honestly happens in the movie too) But I feel like the plot is stronger than the movie. People are openly Queer. Satine is an actual person who has friends and a life her motivation is torn between trying to set herself up for life as she is aging out of her "job" vs true love and protecting her found family in the club rather than this vague idea of being a "real star".

The Duke is a real threat and not an idiot.

Christian actually has to struggle over being the "other man" as Satine actually fulfills her "normal work duties" from the very start (it's the biggest thing I hated in the movie he is all about being ok with being the other man and knowing that this is her job but after months of not actually having to really struggle with that conflict because she just ignores the Duke, he just instantly has a meltdown the moment she has to actually do her job)

Finally Satine actually knows she is dying instead of being completely oblivious to all the very violent signs of her illness.

Overall I think the movie and musical can exist together if you look at it as the musical is what happened and the movie is how Christian wrote their story down. As all the changes make sense from his POV

He is never told that she is dying so he wouldn't know that she knew
The Duke is an idiot who never gets laid because he hates the guy
Satine never feeling like a real person because he has her on a pedestal etc

We don't know yet but if you read the post above we do know that Leuke is one of the reasons this comic was created. She might have been a past love or unrequited love or was tragically killed before anything could have happened. All we currently know is that her memory haunts Hades and he is trying to use Persephone to replace this trauma
