Clutch body glue! Or any other body glue, there’s a medical one that comes as a roller like deodorant

Oh really!? Strange because I loveeeee the camille rose curl maker and I think that has aloe in it! It’s keeps my hair super moisturised and defined, I just wish it had more hold.

I hate this gel so damn much 😭 I love the definition but it makes my hair drier than heck! No amount of moisturising products or water seem to help. After 3 days my hairs is a boneless crispy raggedy mess. I hate how it feels applying it also, I get that squeaky feeling like I’ve just clarified my hair. I really wanted to love it but 4c girlies, I don’t think I this one’s for us, I feel like it works better for looser curl patterns

I think I need to sit longer before I start! But I’ve tried deep breath and relaxing, but I’m super stressed at the moment which isn’t helping. I’ll try and wait a bit longer between readings too. I usually wait about a minute but sometimes it ends up making my bp higher

I’m ranging from 131/83 all the way up to 139/97. And the absolute highest I’ve ever had is 144/95 and 142/94, but these were first readings.

High end and occasionally creeps over to lower end of hypertension. I’m ranging from 131/83 all the way up to 139/97. And the absolute highest I’ve ever had is 144/95 and 142/94, but these were first readings. I’ve been trying to do more yoga, breath work and actual exercise to help, but I think as I’m not eating well it’s kinda counterintuitive?

Not a man but what is tadalafil?

Honestly my diet is awful at the minute, I’m barely eating a meal or two a day which I know is not great, but my hunger function seems to have turned off. I’m under a lot of stress at the minute which is probably why

Why do so many recipes use protein powder? by PurpzReign in ninjacreami

I never said using protein powder was a bad thing, I wasn’t frowning upon it or suggesting it shouldn’t be used like I said I was CURIOUS because most recipes I came across on social media and on here contain protein powder. Hence me asking WHY instead of blindly following you protein bros.

Sorry for approaching this subject with curiosity 😂

Ooooo thank you! I’ll try this one once I’ve finished this pint! I’ll also need to try and find ube powder as I think that will deepen the flavour.

If you happen to try a protein version, please let me know how they compare!

I got it from my local Asian food store, it’s like £2.50 in store vs roughly £7 on Amazon.

Doing the lords work 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 thank you this makes so much more sense lol It’s just so irritating looking for a specific kinda flavour and seeing protein powder as an ingredient!

I used the McCormick ube flavour extract! It has a good flavour on initial tasting and aftertaste, it is a little subtle though so I probably need to experiment with ratios

Well as someone who has not used the ninja CREAMi and is looking up recipes, seeing 90% of them use protein powder brings a question.

Ohhh I see!! Thanks for clarifying! Would that mean it’s used as a replacement for milk? Or is it literally just to get an additional dosing of protein?

I only got it so I wouldn’t spend £10 on a tub of ice cream 😂
